We are opening enrollment for our Lakewood Mondays and Lakewood Fridays locations, only. For any questions please email enrollment@wwahomeschool.org

Below are the steps to get your student enrolled with us. For any questions or if you need help during the enrollment process please email enrollment@wwahomeschool.org. 

Steps for Enrolling a 1st – 6th Grader:

1) Create, add to an existing family account, or update Jeffco Connect account (Instructions are available here)

2) Submit Birth Certificate & Immunizations (Required before we can officially enroll)

3) Email Student Registration code from Jeffco Connect (can be found under the Student tab just below the student ID number).

4) New Student Enrollment Form (if you haven’t already done so)

5) Complete our Registration Form

6) Complete the Medical Form

7) Class Selection Enrollment Form (Will email personally after Steps 1-6 are completed, course catalogs are attached to this email)​

Steps for Enrolling a Kindergartner:

1) Create, add to an existing family account, or update Jeffco Connect account (Instructions are available here)

2) Submit Birth Certificate & Immunizations

3) Email Student Registration code from Jeffco Connect (can be found under the Student tab just below the student ID number).

4) New Student Enrollment Form (if you haven’t already done so)

5) Complete our Registration Form

6) Complete the Medical Form

Kindergarten enrollment is open to prospective students who are 5 years of age on or before October 1st, 2019. 

Submitting Birth Certificates and Immunizations

Birth Certificates need to be submitted before your student(s) can officially be enrolled in the program, it is a requirement. These can be dropped off in person, emailed to enrollment@wwahomeschool.org, or faxed to 720-289-9230. If emailing your student’s birth certificate please include your Student’s Name in the subject line. If dropping off a birth certificate please note that we are not in all our locations every day. Please email enrollment@wwahomeschool.org to schedule a time to drop off a birth certificate.

Immunizations are due by Monday, December 16th. These can be emailed to enrollment@wwahomeschool.org, dropped off in person, or can be faxed to 720-289-9230 straight from your doctor’s office.

If your family needs a Medical Exemption or Non-medical Exemption form those are due when submitting your birth certificate.

If you have not attended a tour yet we have upcoming tours next month. Please visit our website and fill out a Prospective Family Tour form to RSVP for an upcoming tour. 

As a reminder students need to be 5 years of age by October 1st, 2019 to enroll in our program. And can be no older than 12 years of age by October 1st, 2019.

As an additional reminder you cannot be dueled enrolled in any other publicly funded program (in-district or out of district) while enrolled at HSC. You are welcome to enroll in an umbrella school or a private program. For more information please email enrollment@wwahomeschool.org. 

The Spring Semester begins Monday, January 6th and Friday, January 10th. You will receive a new family welcome packet once you’ve completed all seven steps of the enrollment process.
